We see firsthand how important STEM education and digital literacy are for preparing students for the workforce of tomorrow. AI isn’t just a tech skill. It’s becoming a skill in workforce readiness. Students who learn to use these tools responsibly will be better prepared for the jobs that are rapidly emerging.

Massachusetts has an incredible opportunity to lead in AI, but we need policies that support innovation while protecting consumers. Overly broad regulations could unintentionally make it harder for educators, nonprofits, startups, and small businesses to access the tools they need.

We should be preparing our students for the future, not making it harder to build it here.
